Thank you to all those who stopped by to visit us at the Oak Park River Forest Health & Wellness Fair on Sunday April 23rd! Lactation Consultant Jennie Meyer from 4th Trimester Baby and I had a great time chatting with so many people about breastfeeding support and pelvic floor and core strength after baby.

We made a lot of new friends, including many other healthcare providers. The Fair was packed with people sharing all different ways and paths to taking care of our bodies and our minds. If you couldn't make it this year, be sure to put it on your calendar for next year!

Plus, be on the lookout for our upcoming free Virtual Workshop for new moms and moms to be! You won't want to miss it—it will be packed with information on how to protect your pelvic floor and core throughout motherhood and get breastfeeding off to the right start. Click below to be notified of the drop date and get more information. We'll see you there!
